When you purchase Vision maintenance, you are entitled to a level of product support as defined in the Vision License Agreement, free of charge. In summary, this software maintenance entitles you to:


  • Support for problems encountered with Vision software

  • The right to upgrade software to the most current version (via the Vision support portal)


NOTE: Your software license maintenance entitles you to free support for product defects. If you log a call that does not relate to a Vision product defect you may be charged for the resolution of that support call.
